About Us
As principals of Qualdel, Jan and Dean Kuhl have provided the leadership needed to develop the Company to the point where it is recognised for its innovative practices, and its totally professional attitude.
Homes buillt by Qualdel come in all shapes and sizes, from simple to elaborate. However all are aesthetically pleasing, functionally efficient, comfortable and as energy smart as possible.
Jan is responsible for the design work and administration. She also has Certification as both a Kitchen Designer and Bathroom Designer.
Dean is a registered Work Supervisor and is responsible for all on-site work. Dean also has certification in Quality Assurance Auditing.
Our projects include custom built homes (single, double and three storey), duplexes and town houses all built with special attention to both kitchen and bathroom areas.
Both Jan and Dean are accredited HIA Greensmart Professionals and if you are planning a new home, we use these principles to design and build you a naturally comfortable, energy smart home.
We use a variety of construction methods, and are constantly researching new building methods and materials so we can provide you with the best possible options for your particular situation.
We have many satisfied customers who, by appointment, are very happy to show you their homes.
