Two things make Qualdel Homes strikingly different to many of our competitors. You are not left out of the equation, and you are an important part of the process.
It is by a co-operative effort that your initial ideas are developed to become the home you really want it to be.
Home buyers spend an enormous amount of time inquiring, visiting, and planning prior to making the big decision to proceed with a building project. People such as yourself bring a huge amount of information and ideas to a project, and their input is highly valued. We work closely with our customers to develop their ideas, so that their dreams become a reality.
All customers receive the personal attention of Jan and Dean, the principals of Qualdel Homes.
In the early stages of planning and design, customers work closely with Jan to draw up a concept plan using our computer design package which provides great flexibility in making changes and shifting areas around until they meet the customer's special requirements. External and internal perspectives can be viewed from various angles to consider the effect of colour, line and layout, as well as zooming into special areas such as bathrooms and kitchens to look at the detail.
During the construction period customers have direct involvement with Dean who manages all the work on-site. Opportunities for fine-tuning and adjustments are always possible. It can be those extra small touches that take a project from one that is satisfying to one that is very special because it is just right.
We are always keen to keep you in the picture. If you want to know what happens next and why, we are only too happy to tell you. By constantly keeping in touch – mainly by phone, email, and on-site visits – you are able to keep your finger on the pulse.
Once you move into your new home we are available during the maintenance period to attend to any minor matters that arise. Any necessary attendance by our trades-people during that time is always by appointment with you.
